Reports indicate that Ghanaian national, Frederick Kumi, popularly known as Abu Trica, has been extradited to the United States on Thursday morning.
He is said to have departed Ghana aboard Delta Airlines flight DL 157.
The extradition comes hours after his lawyer, Oliver Barker-Vormawor, said Kumi had been rushed to the Police Hospital in Accra and raised concerns over being denied access to legal counsel.
The lawyer added that he was unable to locate or meet his client before he was flown out.
