Investigators suspect that two of these containers were whisked away right before the raid unfolded, adding an element of mystery to the entangled web of deceit.
Moreover, the uncovering of official Bank of Ghana money boxes among the illicit stash raised eyebrows, casting a shadow of suspicion over how these authentic items landed in the hands of the criminal syndicate.
