Charles Nii Armah Mensah popularly known as Shatta Wale, has expressed disappointment in the Executive Secretary of the Economic and Organized Crime Office (EOCO) Raymond Archer.
The investigative journalist is accused of raiding the home of the artiste with gun-wielding officers in search of alleged stolen vehicles.
It is unclear when the invasion occurred but the controversial musician made the incident known on his social media handles on Tuesday August 5.
In two posts, Shatta Wale predicted that Archer’s actions were going to send the National Democratic Congress (NDC) into opposition after four years.
“Raymond Archer EOCO boss, ibi you go make NDC go out of power next 4 years. Bringing guns to my house was uncalled for”, he said in his first post.
In his second post, the ‘I know my level’ hit maker who is friends with President John Mahama distanced the Ghanaian leader from the raid.
EOCO Boss, the President of Ghana didn’t put you in that office to come and humiliate citizens of this country. Remember, God no sleep”, he added. No official response has come from either EOCO or government.
