Former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation Company Limited (BOST) Edwin Provencal, has reportedly been arrested at the Kotota International Airport (KIA).
He was grabbed by officials of the Economic and Organized Crime Office (EOCO) after attempting to fly out of the country while his name is on stop list by investigative bodies.
The former appointee of the Akufo-Addo government was nabbed on Monday, November 10 and he is currently in the custody of the Office in Accra.
He was enroute to Maputo, Mozambique, without securing the necessary authorization from security agencies.
Provencal is under investigations for his role at the Company.
