The SRC Coordinating Committee of the University of Media, Arts and Communication (UniMAC), has unveiled a new logo, marking a significant milestone in its efforts to promote innovation, unity, and student-focused leadership.
The virtual launch, held on 21st November 2025 via Microsoft Teams, brought together students, administrators, faculty, and staff from all UniMAC campuses.
Attendees described the event as a proud moment for the student community.
According to the Coordinating Committee, the new logo embodies the SRC’s renewed commitment to Transparency, Integrity, and Accountability; values they say are essential to effectively representing the student body.
During the ceremony, key administrators including Dr. Isaac Tandoh, Dean of Students; Rev. Yaw O. Gyau, Dean of FALAN; and Dr. Nana Aba, Head of Department of FALAN, joined members of the Executive Committee and students in expressing their excitement about the new identity. They noted that the logo goes beyond visual appeal, symbolizing the collective strength and aspirations of UniMAC students.
In his remarks, the Dean of Students, Dr. Isaac Tandoh, highlighted the importance of unity across the three merged institutions that now form UniMAC.
He advised students to embrace their individual campuses as part of a larger collective, stressing that this mindset will help prevent division and foster a more unified student community.
The Coordinating Committee also acknowledged the contributions of the design team, event organizers, and all individuals who played a role in making the launch a success.
With the introduction of its new brand identity, the SRC says it is poised to improve communication, boost student engagement, and champion initiatives that reflect the needs and priorities of learners across all UniMAC campuses.
