In her speech, Prof Opoku-Agyemang said regardless of the difficulties of the past, acknowledgement should be made of the journey so far.
She said the government is on course to deliver pointing out that it has stayed committed to reduce the size bringing efficiency.
While acknowledging the enormous task Ghana faces, she encouraged Ghanaians to play their individual roles to help push forward for the common good.
“As part of our aim to reset Ghana, the Mahama Government was structured to reduce bloat while improving efficiency, and to be deliberate about maintaining the pillars of democracy and accountability.
We still have far to go as a nation. We continue to encourage every citizen to play an active role in building the Ghana we all want”, she summarized her speech in a Facebook post.
