… Runs Into Duncan Williams’ Arms For Protection
A shocking tale of deceit and betrayal has emerged, as disgraced former National Signals Bureau (NSB) boss Kwabena Adu-Boahene is exposed after he allegedly packed out of the Assemblies of God Church where he fellowship with his family to his new found refuge, the Action Chapel, led by ‘Arch Bishop Duncan Williams’.
A beacon of hope for the youth at the Assemblies of God Church, Adu-Boahene was secretly a “psychopath” who was spying on his own pastor and President John Dramani Mahama while preaching sermons he didn’t believe in.
According to explosive revelations from radio host Blakk Rasta, Adu-Boahene was a master of disguise, using his alleged ill-gotten gains from a GHC49.1 million state-money scandal to become a generous donor and revered deacon at the Assemblies of God Church.
He even delivered sermons, portraying himself as a shining example of God’s blessings.
But behind the facade, Adu-Boahene was a menace to national security, using his position to spy on Rev. Stephen Yenusom Wengam, the General Superintendent of the Assemblies of God, and President Mahama.
His sinister plot was so well-hidden that his own pastor was oblivious to the treachery.
A SHAMEFUL BETRAYAL
When his corruption was exposed, Adu-Boahene was confronted with the truth of his actions. Overwhelmed with shame and the betrayal of his church, he quickly abandoned his Assemblies of God family.
He has now found a new spiritual home—and a powerful new ally—in Archbishop Nicholas Duncan Williams of Action Chapel.
According to Blakk Rasta, Archbishop Duncan Williams has embraced Adu-Boahene and is actively trying to help him escape justice.
He has reportedly launched a “begging spree” to convince law enforcement to drop the case against his new church member.
This has caused a major rift between the two spiritual leaders, with Rev. Wengam reportedly furious that Archbishop Duncan Williams would harbor a man who endangered his and the President’s security.
A SINFUL PAST
Before his fall from grace, Adu-Boahene was a powerful figure, answering only to the President and using his authority to harass and detain citizens who crossed him. He is even speculated to be behind the kidnapping of social media sensation Bongo Ideas.
His ability to keep his “anti-Christ behavior” a secret from his church members was a “master stroke,” allowing him to be ordained as a deacon and even preach to the congregation.
As the trial for the GHC49.1 million scandal looms, the public is left wondering how a man who was once the youth’s role model could have a double life filled with such corruption and betrayal.
Trial of Kwabena Adu-Boahene, and three others over alleged misappropriation of GHC49.1m starts.
Kwabena Adu Boahen and his wife, were arrested on March 20 and March 21 for the alleged diversion of state funds for private gain.
In relation to money laundering, contrary to Section 1(2)(c) of the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Act 1044), and according to the charge sheet uncovered by The New Republic, the accused allegedly stole state funds to the tune of GHC49,100,000.
The other charges leveled against the accused indicate that, Kwabena Adu Boahen, on February 5, 2020, under the guise of procuring a cyber defense system for the Republic of Ghana from ISC Holdings Limited, dishonestly appropriated the sum of about GHC27,100,000, belonging to the Republic of Ghana, with the intention of depriving the government of the said amount.
Again, Kwabena Adu Boahen, on March 20, 2020, under the guise of procuring a cyber defense system for the Republic of Ghana from ISC Holdings Limited, dishonestly appropriated the sum of GHC1,000,000 belonging to the state, with the intention of depriving the government of Ghana of the said amount.
Moreover, on March 30, 2020, Kwabena Adu Boahen procured a cyber defense system from the same ISC Holdings Limited, amounting to GHC21,000,000.
