QNET, a lifestyle and wellness company as part of the effort to flush out scammers using its brand for clandestine and nefarious activities has appointed a media personality Nathan Kwabena Anokye Adisa, known by many as Bola Ray, as the Country Agent and official spokesperson of the company in Ghana.
The move is aimed at intensifying its effort to work with the media in collaboration with the Economic and Organized Crime Office (EOCO) to track fraudsters and other bodies to stop the fraudulent activities which people are engaged in the name of QNET.
Speaking at the unveiling ceremony in Accra, Bola Ray expressed worrying about the rampant usage of the QNET brand and reports of ongoing impersonations by criminal people in the country, adding that with the help of the security operatives, some Nigerians involve in the scam activities have been arrested.
According to him, people found in this regard will be prosecuted. He however, explained the company’s core values stands on entrepreneurship, employment creation, and the direct sales of its products which have gain global recognition.
In July 2025, QNET launched its compliance office in Accra in partnership with the Economic and organized Crime office (EOCO), to educate the people on how to identify, prevent and report scams about the company’s brand.
“QNET will enhance its operation with the law enforcement agencies across the country as well as the media to leverage best business practices in its operations,” he said, adding that the media will play a significant role in the bid to protect the image of the company’s brand and its activities in the country.
QNET, he said is not a travel agency and not Ponzi investment scheme as criminals and fraudsters are decieving unsuspecting Ghanaians with the brand and engaging in dubious activities and therefore urged the public to report any suspicious characteres to the security agencies.
For his part, the Regional General Manager, Sub Saharan Africa, Mr. Biram Fall said, the company engages in genuine and transparent business, saying the partnership with Bola Ray will help boost media reportage on the company products for public trust in its operations in the country.
He however expressed his profound gratitude, to the security agencies, media and other lead stakeholders for their unwavering support towards the company’s operations across the country.
