The Police has arrested two suspects in connection with the murder of the newly enskinned Chief of Yidani, Naa Ntimla Nwenisim, and his son, Ntimla Bilaga.
The suspects,25-year-old Majejiba Magne and 34-year-old Haruna Nlegle, were arrested following intelligence gathered by the Police.
According to the police, preliminary investigations indicate that the attackers entered the compound and demanded to be directed to the chief’s room.
When the demand was refused, they allegedly fired a shot into the roof of a nearby room before forcing their way into the chief’s room, where they shot the two victims.
