Government through the Ministry of Health is set to distribute a good number of medical equipment to health facilities across the country. The pieces of medical equipment include x-ray machines, vital sign monitors, temperature, glucometers, baby incubators, radiant warmers and oxgen concentrators. The rest are patient monitors, infusion devices, ⁠laboratory analyzers, ⁠delivery beds, hospital beds, ultra sound. A young man, Mark Kumado Apodei alias Zidane is said to have lost his life following a bite from a woman in her sixties during an altercation. According to reports, Zidane had plucked some leaves to clean his hands after assisting in a burial at Ada in the Greater Accra Region. The suspect Sarpor Alhasan and her son, Bismark Ayiku Ocloo were offended by the action of Zidane. The two reportedly attacked Zidane for plucking the leaves. The recently organized trip to some cocoa farms in the Ashanti Region by Minority Members of Parliament (MPs), has come to a successful end, with participants returning to the august house for parliamentary business. The Methodist Church Ghana, is in a state of mounting following the devastating passing of six (6) of its members through a road crush in the Ashanti Region. The deceased from the Ashaiman North Circuit, were traveling to Kumasi to mourn with a member a week ago when the incident occurred. The one week observation of their passing was held by the Church last Saturday, March 21 at the Bethel Society at Zenu in Accra.
